Simulator battles with a whole flight setup (stick, throttle and rudder pedals) while being in VR is my favorite experience that I can only recommend people to try out

@@GibPuncc War Thunder actually works really well with a quest 2, my pc is midrange and can still push around 70fps in vr, I def recommend it if you have the chance too

i would recommend a hotas and track IR, really makes a difference. other than that, great job and nice vid

I actually already have a HOTAS (albeit the Thrust master A320 one that I use for MSFS) but I have been wanting to get Track IR for quite some time to use in DCS. Though, maybe I could also use it for War Thunder now that you mention it. Also, glad you enjoyed the video! 😁

the only thing i hate about sim is the reward system which is completly scuffed with the useful action cap to what you can make

I actually haven't used the TT AV-8 nor do I have the premium one. So that may not come for a while, but maybe I might do another video on air sim with another aircraft!

Honestly a mouse and keyboard is all you need. It's a little janky at first but you get used to it after a while

Sim battles almost never last more 2h, if the teams are full it won't last an hour

I use mouse and keyboard, with a mix relative axis mouse control and keyboard binds for controlling my flight surfaces

mouse and keyboard is unmatched in WT sim, much stronger when you throw in something like track IR or VR. but only if you're really good or have premium vehicles c;
