You have the curved wand the wrong way around that is why.

I just picked up one of these from the big box store So far I am impressed. This is really nice for the money. Everything fits together well. The top is easily unlatched to empty the bottom of the vacuum. Good suction. The filter in the base does take up a lot of the space so maybe only 1-2 gallons of space actually remain and I'm fine with that in exchange for portability. The back wheels roll nice

You have your trigger pipe (curved pipe) upside down. I literally just made this mistake, but realised as soon as I wasn’t able to connect it fully, I knew the pipe didn’t “shrink” since yesterday when I checked and everything was fine 😂 However found this video because was searching for blocked part of the tube. The tube that you wrapped around the pipe, for some reason doesn’t let water through, but if I just use attachment for the upholstery by connecting it directly into triller nozzle and connecting the tubes, then water is coming out fine with no problems whatsoever.

Simply take the trigger / trigger pipe out and turn it around to make the trigger section pipe shorter and the plastic tube will fit - jobs a gooden 👌

How do I stop the water spraying out to the sides of the fin instead of pointing down to the carpet ? I just brought one of these and have this problem

You could also use a small jubilee clip. The hose stretches just enough to replace the nozzle.

Got a a question for you as your in the cleaning business - I don’t like the black tube as you can’t see through it to make sure it’s clean - id rather the plastic tubes to be clear to check if thicker cleaning solutions are clear inside the tubes specially through winter to make it as solid as possible - Do you know the diameter of the black tube n length also ? Curved piping should be at the top and also the rubber hose should already come attached to the fitting that slide onto the metal piping..they just stretch onto the sliders.

Turn the top metal handle in the instructions it shows 2 black bits on the curve that's y

The black such emulator supposed to be the bottom of the curved handle

But the only reason this has happened is that the top (curved) part of the wand is the wrong way round - if you turn it round, the hose should be fine, so this is not faulty,

What I would do is just superglue it
