Antibiotics have always been my worst nightmare when it comes to material. They come up in every organ system/block and I never truly understood them until I watched your video. As I understood, macrolides do inhibit translocation but more specifically by binding at the nascent peptide channel and thus inhibiting the release of the growing polypeptide chain.

Hey great video, but does clindamycin work against pseudomonas (1:16:54 )?If so then doesn’t that cover both MRSA and pseudomonas?

Hi just a question on 1:11:23 Aren’t beta lactams ineffective for Mycoplasma because Mycoplasma doesn’t have a cell wall? Hence they don’t gram stain. I thought cholesterol was part of the bacterial membrane of mycoplasma…

How do I get the whole of your courses for review usmle step 1? I failed step 1 three times from 2010, 2011,2012 got 66/75 to pass. I want to try to retake usmle again but I have to pass. Do you have any plans to help me this time? This is the last time for taking this test.

Thanks for your suggestion! This is the default positioning that comes with the Zoom to KZfaq integration. I will try to design my slides differently to not cover important text. (BTW, I would suggest that you work on cultivating a more poised and composed demeanor when providing feedback)
