@@ingriddavila2835 Yes, that’s correct. You’ll see the Pre-Hire process before the Offer Phase. Then once you accept the job offer, it will change to Offer Phase (EXT)

@@ingriddavila2835 once you accept your job offer, you should receive another email for the criminal background check. I was told this could take 6-8 weeks, but mine took about 3 weeks.

I couldn’t tell ya, you usually get both of those dates in one email. There should be a contact email and/or phone number from recruiting at the bottom of the e-mail letter. Could try contacting them or reach out to your facility supervisor and see what they can find out for you 🤷‍♂️?

@@alvarodavalos4283 No I’m not! I started as non career as 98% of do. Unless the job posting specifically says this is a career position, you start non career. Now I’m not a CCA anymore do to my knees, I had to resign! There’s another video for that one, but good news is i just got my job offer as a PSE window clerk position. So I’ll be coming to the USPS again and as non career as before, but for Clerk position 😁👍🏻 It does suck starting from non career, but you have to start from somewhere and work your way up 😉😁👍🏻

@@alvarodavalos4283 Non career means yours paid holidays and benefits are different than that of a career employee. Non career you get 6 paid holidays a year where as a career employee gets 12-13 holidays. Non career gets Obamacare type of health insurance whereas career gets the premo insurance coverage like in DC(house reps and senators). Retirement is different also between non career and career. Another is the time off you accrue is different than that of a career employee, pay raises is another one. They go through this in more detail in CCA Academy 👍🏻.
