No they don’t have more days for orientation for a CCA. CCA’s only have two days of orientation just like your PSE.

Yes I just got hired for a CCE and the process time from Applying for the job to having your orientation is about two months.

i resign from cca position bcz i dont feel comfortable driving Ilv and also postmaster 1 ton truck. so i applied for MHA position yesterday. should i still have go through fingerprint, background check and orination process.

*Long comment* I’m currently employed as a CCA and I’m trying to switch to the clerk position. I asked my postmaster and he told me I would have to reapply and resign if I get the offer. I applied for PSE Sales & Distribution Associate earlier this year. Took the exam and got the results. I was put on the pre hire list. I was on it for 4 months. After 4 months, I received an email saying I didn’t get the offer. I applied again in July, got put on the pre hire list for 4 months again. Still didn’t get the offer. I applied a week after that and it says I’m on the pre hire list. Is it normal to be on the pre hire list for 4 months? Did it take you that long to get hired?

How is it? Im about a week in a half as a pse clerk. Its not as hard as a carrier but alot to learn. U probably already got the hang of it already😉🙂
