They may only feel great gratitude that the birth mother gave them such a beautiful gift.
@rpaafourever79083 ай бұрын
@@ohsweetmystery Not really, a lot of adoptive parents actually feel a mix of emotions.. they're also human and it's not always easy to deal with your child having another set of parents whom they yearn for and with whom they have a biological connection. We live in a society where birth mothers are often celebrated as heroes for giving their babies away (no matter how hard, it does make their life easier in some ways), whereas adoptive parents are just "supposed to be perfect or else".

They would feel betrayed In a similar case i know, the adoptive patents disinherited the child and left everything to a trust whose sole beneficiary was the husband's closest kin, a second cousin he only saw once.

So happy she found her Son!! It took my daughter 14 years to find my Son I gave up for adoption due to unforseen circumstances 26 years ago. We drove and drove to some place to see a supposed friend of her and her husband's oneday while we were going out to eat. When we got to the place after an hours drive they told me to knock on the door.. I was like why its your friend so I went on ahead and knocked and to my utter disbelief it was my Son I thought I'd never see again who opened the door!!!! I will never forget that wonderful day I got to hold him again in my arms. His adopted mother hugged me and said I gave her the greatest gift anyone could ever give😭. We see them almost every Saturday and holidays. He has even spent weekends with me. What a blessing.

Not everyone is in a supportive situation, I'm glad your daughter is. My mom and dad did everything they could to make it work, my mom was barely 16 and homeless when she gave birth to my older brother. She worked under the table as housekeeping at a local motel while my dad went away to Alaska to work on a fishing boat. She later had me at 18 and my little brother at 23. We were broke, but we kids never really noticed much. We always had something to eat, wear, and a warm bed to sleep in.

Super LDS family. She went on after placing me for adoption to have 8 more children! - I have done my DNA/ reached out to my half Brothers and Sisters. Their response. Block😭. No words. Just access to their perfect LDS World....DENIED. Wow! On the other hand, my DNA Father's side shouted out with joy! You are our lost little girl! We love you! Welcome Home!!! Taken me over 4 years now of therapy to come from Love. Bless their cold little hearts and share my story. Not all Birth Mothers and their new families want to be found. 😢💔❤️🩹.
