I’ve lived in Utah off and on for decades (originally from Maine) but this state is amazing! I never really realized it until I started visiting (sometimes multiple times) State and federal parks where I live in S Utah. Then I started reading and studying the geology-this area has world class geological formations. Some are unique in the world.

This type of trip is definitely on my bucket list. This information will make it more easy to plan. Looking to do an Utah trip in September. We will be dropping off our oldest son at college in downtown Salt Lake City.

Amazing trip. May I ask when you were at Zion? It seemed like the perfect weather. We just bought e-bikes and are excited to use them to see more places. You should get night vision glasses. Those flies at the end were crazy. Can't believe I just watched for 4.5 hrs!
