Dr Dhanajayan speaks very clearly and politely. I love his speech and he is very correct, if he invest 40, 50 crores for any project he should concern all ups and downs of that project. Seems to be a honest interview. Dhananjeyan seems to be shrewed businessman. Nothing personal, Everything business - Godfather type businessman. Tamil cinema seems to be a bad place for these types of people. He seems to have lost lot of money and gained lot of enemies.

Chitra Sir, In chai w chitra I rate Mr.Dhananjeyan interview one of the best! So far , in my opinion interview with Mr.AVM Saravanan and Mr.Pyramid Natarajan I have rated the best. Now I include Mr. Dhananjeyan’s in that list. Because most of their speech makes me to think close fact. In addition, the way they shared their experiences especially how did they handle in critical situations were classic . I am sure they help to many human being those who lack elders support in life. Uthama villian failed in business not because of budget, dhanajeyan usually supports lingusami by financial back up but here he was not interested to support due that he got finance from outside source for that interest he borrowed which increased the cost, more over delay in release led to 12 crores loss , final box office was close to 70 cr and on first copy basis it was 55 crore, which would have turned box office average due to lingusami borrowings and his previous movie losses which impacted on uttama villian

The budgeting issues on paying fee to actors can be solved to create an independent registry to analyze the credits of every actors based on current market value conditions and provide a ratings with associated Rupee values like S&P rating for each stock in Financial market and follow the payment. This independent agency should earn a credibility for their working and to be widely accepted by everybody!

It was case closed for kamal for USA market from that movie - next one papanasam collected mere 300k which is lower than 2nd tier actors . UV is indeed monumental disaster

Let me add a few more lines of my observations. " How to win friends & influence people ?" - Dale Carnegie. This English book was the best seller for many years. It is also about human relationship. The core message in this book is how to get along with others smoothly, as the title itself suggests, by praising others profusely. The important point is that praise ought to be factually correct & genuine without any trace of falsity or flattery. There doesn't end the matter. One ought to be without ill will & jealousy to others - indeed, a demanding & also a tall order, in this competitive life. Falsity & flattery will reveal themselves & also betray us, soon. But, fact remains fact for ever. Genuiness impacts deeply on the man who is praised. The man praising the "other" rises many fold in stature in the heart of the latter. Genuine praise earns oneself genuine friends everywhere. There are very few men we come across in life with such finest subtle streaks in their character. Dhananjayan is undoubtedly one among them. He must possess a broad mind but also a very deep sense of perception without which it would be extremely difficult to observe & form other's positive traits only. Hope, Dhananjayan ought to be truely positive oriented in his own life even under most trying circumstances. It is a pleasant surprise to note that with a rugged rural back round he has imbibed many refined & subtle attributes within himself. Hats off to him !
