I seriously don't understand why anyone would have anything bad to say about this talented young lady... El invited her on stage, and when she left, he told her to come back right by his side. She has a beautiful raspy voice, and did a great job considering the fact that she had no idea El (whom she probably admires and adores) would invite her to sing along with him. Shanon you did a great job and this was a beautiful musical moment. And what a talented musician El is!

I grew up with this song(luckily) and he leaves me speechless everytime.

I mean.... Wow!! That was just amazing. Her voice and spirit meshed so beautifully with the legend El Debarge's it brought tears to my eyes. That was truly special.

I don't even think he's actually won a grammy but it doesn't mean he wasn't good enough being as most of that stuff is rigged but if the fans had any say, Debarge would have multiple awards stacked high! El sings for 1, 100, 1000, or 10000 all the same way. Always been one of my favorite singers and is my sister's childhood crush😂. The man is talented on keys, bass, and drums. His song Turn the Page made a positive impact on me at a very young age (late 80s) -- and arguably help me move on at a very difficult time in my life.

Grew up listening to the Debarge family and recently been binge watching many of their songs for the great sounds of true musicianship and actual songs of the heart. The resiliency in this family and their devotion to god to guide them through every day is definitely a comfort to persevere in these present times of 2022. Stay strong Debarge Family and there's a lot of us here that has never stopped listening to such great music and waiting for more and future songs from any one of the Debarge's.
