I really loved this reaction to reactions Shiki… some extra context for you as to who Kim Eana is. She is a hugely respected senior lyricist and songwriter in the k-music industry… she has written songs for so many Artists including a lot of songs for Park Hyo Shin (one of South Korea’s best ballad soloists and Tae’s very good friend), IU, Lim Woo Young other kpop groups and so many more! Tae looked up to her so much he used to read her book and guide on songwriting! He was even photographed with the book in the early debut years. Her radio show Starry Night was the show that Tae guest hosted with Park Hyo Shin, while she was on holiday… she’s the ‘owl captain’ they referred to and had a talk with on the phone call. That’s why her positive analysis of Tae’s voice and the song is such a huge deal and carries a lot of weight. It’s so beautiful that such respected industry professionals like Kim Eana are part of Tae’s friendship circle. Hobi also went on her show during Jack in the box promotions and she interviewed him. Korean media, news like mbc, SBS etc all had segments on their show talking about these reactions and Tae’s Golden connections and friendship… these MV reactions and said it’s because of his lovely personality which of course is beautiful to hear. When you hear IU refer to Taejoon… in S.K, a comment on a message board from a fan that got really immersed into the music video went super superviral… in it she named Tae and IU’s characters Taejoon and Ji Hye. So that’s how their characters have become known… if you remember Tae’s insta update with photos of Love Wins All, he said ‘ Taejoon and Ji Hye be happy’. as he had seen the viral post. You will also see them be referred as such by other shows and in captions etc. it’s really fun to see how fictional characters get a life of their own! Danielle from New Jeans covered Tae’s song Rainy Day’s. and Hyein covered Slow Dancing. Both vids are on here, Tae even saw them, and reacted to it Danielle’s on one of his lives when it was released. He reposted both their covers on his insta too. The New Jeans CEO, Min Hee Jin is the executive producer of Layover… it’s why Tae was in Spain at the same time as New Jeans was both filming their respective MV’s because they arranged the schedule as such so Min Hee Jin could be there. Lee Jin Wook is in the upcoming second series of Squid Games! Yes I will continue to be delulu about a possible cameo until I’m proved otherwise lol. As an actor/ bg (extra) actor, they can ask you to work as a couple, or if not, if you’re comfortable acting as a couple doing these scenes. At least that’s what it’s like in Canada. I don’t really do bg (background) anymore. There are some that do way more than what you see in this videos 😂
