In today's video, I a take a quick trip to the local market to buy some fish and vegetables to make some naadan lunch items. Hope you guys enjoy the video.

Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt( according to taste )
Kashmiri chilli powder- 2 tbs
Refined oil( For Frying )
Smal onion - 4 nos
Garlic- 4 nos
Curry Leaves
Kovaka- 1/2 Kg
Big onion- 1 nos
green chilli- 1 nos
Grated coconut- 1 Cup
Garlic- 3 Flakes
Cumin seeds- 3/4 tsp
Tapioca- 1 big
Salt( according to taste )
Curry Leaves
Coconut oil
Grated Coconut- 3/4 Cup
Coconut oil- 11/2 tbs
Mustard Seeds- 1 tsp
dry red chillies- 2 nos
Curry Leaves
Big onion- 1 nos
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder- 3/4 tsp
Coconut oil- 1 tsp
Salt( according to taste )
Water- 1/4 Cup
Mango- 1/2 Pieces
Sambar chillies- 2 nos
green chilli- 4 nos
ginger- 1 tbs (Finely chopped)

Coconut milk( Second extract ) - 2 Cups
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt( according to taste )

ഞാൻ 8th ൽ പഠിക്കുമ്പോൾ മുതൽ ആണ് magic oven കാണാൻ തുടങ്ങുന്നത്.ഓരോ dishes ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നത് കണ്ട് കൊതിയോടെ നോക്കിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കും. ഇന്നിപ്പോൾ എനിക്ക് 30yrs ആയി 1 വയസുള്ള കുഞ്ഞും ഉണ്ട്. But മാം അന്നത്തെ അതെ പോലെ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അതിനേക്കാൾ സുന്ദരി ആയിരിക്കുന്നു 😍😍.. അന്നും ഇന്നും cooking videos ൽ എനിക്ക് വിശ്വാസം mam നെയാണ്..

നത്തോലി fry ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ അതിൽ മസാല പുരട്ടുമ്പോൾ corn flower കൂടി ചേർത്താൽ നത്തോലി വെവ്വേറെ മോരിഞ്ഞു കിട്ടും.ഞാൻ ചെയ്തു നോക്കിയതാണ്.

ഞാൻ കോട്ടയത്ത്‌ ആണ് താമസം... രണ്ടുമാസം മുമ്പ് തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തു വന്നിരുന്നു... ചേച്ചിയുടെ വീട് ഇവിടെ എവിടെയോ ആണല്ലോ എന്നോർത്തു, ശ്രീപത്മനാഭസ്വാമി ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൽ വന്നപ്പോൾ.... ചാല മാർക്കറ്റിൽ കറങ്ങിയപ്പോൾ ചേച്ചിയുടെ (നമ്മുടെ )സ്വന്തം തൊണ്ടൻ മുളക് കണ്ടു..... പഴുത്ത മുളക് എവിടെയെങ്കിലും ഉണ്ടോ എന്നു തപ്പി നടന്നു.... കിട്ടി..... നിലത്തു പഴുത്തു കിടന്ന കിട്ടിയ 4-5 എണ്ണം കൊണ്ടു വന്നു പാകി കിളിർത്തു....അയലത്തെ ആന്റിക്ക് 2 എണ്ണം കൊടുത്തു എന്റേത് പോയാലും ആന്റി പിടിപ്പിച്ചോളുമല്ലോ.. ഇവിടെ ഇതു കിട്ടാനില്ലല്ലോ.... ആന്റിക്കു കൊടുത്തപ്പോൾ ആന്റി പറഞ്ഞു ഇതു നമ്മുടെ ലക്ഷ്മി നായരുടെ തൊണ്ടൻ മുളക് അല്ലേന്ന്.. 😂😂😂 ഇനി അത് കാണുമ്പോഴൊക്കെ ചേച്ചിയെ സ്മരിക്കും 😄😄😄 ❤❤
