Sir,മഴയുള്ളസമയത്ത് വീടിന്റെ ഉള്ളിൽ ഷെയ്ഡിന്റെ ഭാഗത്തുള്ള ഭിത്തിയിൽ വെള്ളം പിടിക്കുന്നത് പോലാണ് അതു പോലെ തന്നെയാണ് ഭിത്തിയുടെ താഴ്ഭാഗവും വെള്ളം പിടിക്കുന്നു ഇതുനു എന്താണ് പരിഹാരം.

സർ ഞാൻ താമസിക്കുന്നത് ഒരു പഴയ വീട് ആണ്. വീടിൻ്റെ ചുമരുകൾ നിരപലകയും മേൽക്കൂര ഓടും ആണ് പ്രശ്നം മഴപെയ്തുകഴിഞ്ഞാൽ ഉടൻ തറയിൽ വല്ലാത്ത ഈർപ്പമാണ്. തറ ഭയങ്കരമായി വിയർത്തു വെള്ളം താഴെ നിന്ന് മുകളിലേയ്ക്ക് കയറുന്നു. ഇത് തുടച്ചു മാറ്റിയാലും വീണ്ടും വീണ്ടും ഇതുപോലെ വരുന്നു. ഇത് എന്തുകൊണ്ടാണ് പരിഹരിക്കാൻ എന്താണ് മാർഗ്ഗം

റൈസിംഗ് ഡംപ്നെസ്സിനു ഉയരം കൂട്ടിയതുകൊണ്ടു കാര്യമില്ല , ഉയരം കൂട്ടിയാലും തറക്കുള്ളിൽ നിറക്കുന്നത് മണ്ണുതന്നെയാണാണ് .. ഈ മണ്ണിനു അടിയിലൂടെ വെള്ളം ഇങ്ങു കേറിവന്നു ഭിത്തിയിലേക്കു പടരും

സർ എന്റെ വീടിനു 25 വർഷം പാഴാക്കമുണ്ട് സിമെന്റ് കൊണ്ട് അല്ല ചെളി കൊണ്ടാണ് നിർമ്മിച്ചത്... ഇപ്പോൾ കുറെ ഭാഗങ്ങൾ ഇടിച്ചു പുതുക്കി പണിതു... രണ്ടാമത്തെ നില വെക്കുന്നത് കൊണ്ട് കുഴപ്പം ഉണ്ടോ.. ചെളി കൊണ്ടുള്ള ചചുമരും കോൺക്രീറ്റും ഇപ്പോളും ഉണ്ട്.... മേസ്തിരി പറയുന്നത് കമ്പി വെച്ച് മുകളിൽ ചെയ്യാം എന്നാണ്... ബലം കിട്ടുമോ ഒന്ന് replay തരണേ 🙏🙏

Vdo ഇടുമ്പോൾ അത് കാണുന്നവർക്ക് പല സംശയങ്ങളും ഉണ്ടാകും. ഒന്നിന് പോലും reply കൊടുക്കാത്തത് ശരിയാണോ. Trivandrum ത്ത് chemical injection ചെയ്യുന്ന ആരെങ്കിലും ഉണ്ടൊ എന്ന് പലരും ചോദിക്കുന്നു. Pls reply

ഒന്നര അടിയിൽ കരിങ്കൽ തറപണിത് 15 cm കനത്തിൽ 20 cm വീതിയിൽ plinth beam പണിയുകയും കരിങ്കൽ ലെവലിൽ തറ concrete ചെയത് 5 cm ഉയരത്തിൽ tile brick ഉം tile ഉം തമ്മിൽ contact വരാതിരുന്ന് capillary action തടയാമെന്ന് ഒരു video കണ്ടു. ഇപ്രകാരം ഒന്നാം നിര ഭിത്തിക്ക് പകരം plinth beam നിർമ്മിച്ചാൽ structural ആയി അപാകത ഉണ്ടോ?
