Hello, what are the trees used in this scene? Are they 3D modeled, with materials already applied to them? If so, are they VRay proxies? I have been trying to improve my landscape assets to my 3D scenes and would like to know how most people achieve the most realistic look without sacrificing too much render time. Thank you!

Nice tutorial but rhino 7 already came out and maybe it's time to make some updated version tutorials for V-ray 5.0, hardly find any tutorial for v-ray 5.0 and I found it's so different from V-ray 4.2, please please Chaos, it's your product lmaoo

Does anyone know how to reset vray from 0? I dont know what i've touched but it's a mess and I can't work. Or ate least if I can download somehow a file with other settings so I can start over?

How come there are lovely mountains reflected by the windows? Are those mountains parts of the Rhino 3D modelling? Thanks a lot.

if you use an image as a 3d environnment, the image will be reflected in the materials. Now, don't use a simple jpg that only contains RVB data, rather a HDRI image that contains color and light data.

you have to create the layers for these items in the image buffer. it's next to stats on the right. click new layer to choose what you want.
