Semolina (Rava )- 1/2 cup
Sugar -1/2 cup or accordingly
Salt - pinch
Cardamom Powder -1/2 to 1 tsp
Pineapple Essence or any essence of ur choice -2 drops
Colour or turmeric powder -
Water -1 1/2 cups

I also make rava kesari but doesn't use any colour or essence.It is a nice recipe.I will use carrot instead of colour.

When I made with 1/2 cup rava it came out really well. But today I made with 1 1/2 cup rava 41/2 cup water when I opened the cooker water was still there. I think for more cups less water is needed. So I cooked for some more time. Taste was super. Not a complaint. Just informed u
