My husband (an old man who wanted a Volvo V40 after going for a drive in our son's V40) and I are not technically savvy and our son (bless him) does try to instruct us on the car's various features but WE'RE OLD. Anyhow, I found your site and whizzed through until I got to the 'voice command' thingy. OMG (see how up-to-date I am?). I replayed your video numerous times and have written down the instructions for the voice control way of doing the navigation settings. We're going for a drive tomorrow and prior to that I'll put a friend's address in and we'll see where we end up. Fingers crossed.
