VA DBQ Forms Access and Outsourced C&P Exams

VA has announced that it will outsource all C&P exams to private contractors after it removed publicly available DBQ forms from its website. CCK's VA Disability Attorneys discuss these developments and provide a way for Veterans to continue accessing DBQ forms, which can often be valuable pieces of evidence for VA claims to lead to a successful resolution of veterans benefits claim.

My Healthy Vet portal. Under de blue button. First you register and over 30% + you may open a premium account , if not have changed. But if you only have 10% SC try to requested either way on the portal, cause changes happens daily. Select to request all your VA and even some of the military medical record will appear for you to acquire it. Including DBQ's will be included as C&P's evals as well.

I finished one of my C&P exams on February 11th and the VA hasn't received the report from that exam yet so I called QTC and they told me that my report is going through their "quality assurance" before the report is sent to the VA and that if QTC's QA doesnt like the answer on the DBQ, they send it back to the doctor and request "clarification" a change on a DBQ. They said that one my C&P exam results have been going through QTC's QA for the past 6 weeks. This seems like they could be manipulating the results of my exams.

I was medically retired this past February and given 100%p&t as soon as I separated (thanks to this channel and others on KZfaq for advice) not having the 5, 10, 20 year protection can I be reduced legally if I just ghost the VA ? I'm thinking of moving to mexico o DR

When filling out the DBQ for hypertension 2c asks for readings two times on 3 different days. Does that mean consecutive days or on any 3 days two times in my medical records? Looking to get incease after 0% rating?

The DBQ Form for Endocrine diseases does not include Thyroid diseases. I have Hypothyroidism. What now?

I thought the VA did away with DBQs? Last I knew you couldn't print them off of the VA website, did this change recently?
