Go to your Congress man let him the power he needs to talk to V A. Got a reply in 2 weeks from VA my claim was moved from remand to higher review. Mine did a great job for me. Thank you sir.

@@worldofjc Hi Juan,,hope you and your family are doing so far so good as can be today . I had place in this year two claims " A new claim and a supplimental claim " . My new claim had 12 claims within it,I was told that it was closed out , but I never received a decision on all of them . After searching through my C - File throw I seen much in my C-File was not included , which should have been,that verifies certain Service Connection which they denied ,as they have written that I had no treatment,events or complaints in my in service time,which is not correct and are errors of theirs ,even some of what they have written left out parts of what is written and how it is written in my C-File . So I have already prepared a 20-0996 " Higher Level Review " with 21-4138 explaining very briefly what was overlooked and not included , that verifies service connections with documented dates and s/c 's , complaints and or treatments . Right now I am waiting on my supplimental claim to be decided on,so I will know what to leave in or take out of my prepared 20-0996 package . Again , thank you and I hope more veterans get that which they deserve . We served we deserve . p.s. By the way in my new claims evidents my medical diagnosis's and Biomechanical check proving current conditions were left off as if I never included . Fellow service members , please keep up with your business and call the call center as much as needed to verify that everything you sent in has been received and used before examiners start their process . Check your own records and type or write dates of events, sick calls,er visits and all complaints , so you can write those dates down in the proper statement additionally ( the V.A. or noone else will do for you my friends .

What I know now , I will gladly share with others who are interested , so that they don't make the samre mistakes and suffer through what I have unnecessarily . In our C-File there is often more documented evidents with dates than one may think or realize . That along with a good current diagnosis's and a brief,but powerful 21-4138 explaiing and describing your in-service injury,event or complaint with that infomation and exact dates and how it affect your mental or physical "depending on which it is"is very important . We serve we deserve .

the VARO now days.... as soon as they get a Grand or a Remand they start working on right a way...if you have a Grand VA with pay you back pay and rate you withing at least a week..this has been my experience with BVA and VARO...

@@dmac1106 I ended up getting 70%. I also sent in like 15 statement in support of claims in which two supported my request to get the hogher rating due to frequency superceding the number of symptoms in a certain bucket
