SHOP AT THE PRODUCER MICHAEL LUXURY BOUTIQUE: HTTP://WWW.PRODUCERMICHAEL.COM In this episode we tour a vacant Beverly Hills mansion listed for $81million. This huge mansion was built a few years ago and has never been lived in, unfortunately leading it to require some maintenance to get it back to it's former glory.

@@jn1dotcom I guess those who came up with the idea was blinded by the huge profit they thought they could make. Bigger is better, well not in this case. I find it a monstrosity. Its seems that even dictators and oligarchs in the world did not like it. Very sad story about greed and architecture in one video.

@@annychest718 here's a criticism you can't deny... The master bedroom's bathroom is too far away. You better not be in a late night hurry😄

Needlessly large and rooms upon rooms with no clear purpose. Even Micheal looks perplexed and he is a wealthy man used to living in and visiting ultra luxury properties.

Michael pointed out the problem with this house when showing us the humidity in the wallpanelling. The cost of heating a property where each room is the size of a tenniscourt is astronomical. And it has to be heated to avoid the humidity penetrating the walls. In short, 100's of thousands of dollars just to pay the heating every year; even when you're not staying there. Most people with this kind of money have multiple properties; so for the 6 months a year it's just not worth it. Nobody will buy this house to live in. It is destined to be converted into something more practical. I would divide it up and make a boutique hotel with 15 smaller rooms and 10 high end spacious loft apartments for permanent residency with use of pool. gym.and porter. This will allow selling them off if ever necesssry. But that requires further investment and the price would have to be reduced by at least two thirds. It is, however unfortunately, the only viable option remaining. Otherwise it will slowly fall into disrepair. Such a shame. It was a poorly thought through vanity/ego project and an extremely unwise investment. Michael if you want to invest in property let me helo you find and design winners. Not this one, unless you can get it for a superorice.

@@DMWBN3 for $81M to buy this home? Which looks like a large nursing home and prob pay $500K/yr in property tax, lol, not worth the ticket. It should be $100K in property tax, but considering the city of LA, they’ll finesse that and make you pay 5X just because of the opulence. You could literally buy two or three massive hotels for the price of this and earn (in profit) the value of this home in 10 years. Clearly, this was a house some rich person parked their cash by building it, and letting it sit to accrue the markets standard 4%/yr, and wait until the market was dry. Now they’re trying to sell because there are very few mega mansions for sale in LA.
