Just finished reading chapter 237 of Vagabond. It saddens me that the manga went unfinished but glad the author stopped to better his health. I heard there was an ending made for the series which makes me happy to hear. But honestly reading this manga now in the current events of my life has helped eased some of the troubles away. Gunna save this video so I can listen to this track on repeat if I decide to re read the series again. Thanks for making this playlist.

nujabes music together with shing02 is getting me through mediocre and lonely high school days, the lingering dread disappears whenever one of his beats play in my headphones, when i’m on the bus, laying in bed, reminiscing of things i wish went different. his music completely changes my perspective, pushing me to live with kindness and live for the things i love the absolute most, even when there’s nobody to push me to do something, helps me to work for myself

Hearing this beautiful melody remind me of a calm but tearful summer, not in a bad way nor a good one, but just the feeling you have getting home after a long ride, but on a rainy day the feeling you get going out of the shower feeling fresh and new but you're cold. This simphony relieves me from a painfull and dark moment but it brings regrets. its just the perfect combination of sounds to make the brain of a human melt, the heart twist, the lungs big.. All I can say is : This is perfect.

You never get wrong with Nujabes. Samurai Champloo, Ghost of Tsushima, Vagabond, samurais and jazzhop have this happy but depressing feel to it. It's almost like a nostalgia of some sort.

So far, your playlist has made the experience of reading this manga so much better. Vagabond is beautiful on its own but I have a hard time truly appreciating its beauty without sound to match the vibe and this truly did it justice, not to mention the beautiful slideshow. I started reading vagabond after dropping it less than 5 chapters in bc jt was "boring." I picked it back up bc of this playlist and GOD DAMN I'm so thankful I just finished the 3rd arc and felt like I've learned more in these 78 chapters than some completed manga. When I first heard Luv (sic) pt6 Uyama Hiroto remix, it was when Musashi was meditating under the waterfall. It felt like I was in his place. I haven't had the chance to complete the playlist while reading but one weekend, I'll sit down and give it a chance. Thank you 🫡

I think there is no need to rush, I read vagabond about 3 months with interruptions and did not regret it, I was also bored at times, but in the end I am satisfied. The funny thing is that this playlist was literally made in two evenings lulw

Nice list. I recommend Govinda - Charming the Serpent. I found it on 'Macroblank - 痛みの永遠' and generally these songs fit to Vagabond. For me 4, 7, 8, 9 and 11th tracks are the most fitting ones on the album.

I started listening to Nujabes' discog in order while reading Vagabond (currently on volume 6, wrapping up Hydeout Productions 1st Collection). I wasn't sure where I was gonna go after I finished his stuff besides maybe Uyama Hiroto, mabanua, Flying Lotus and J Dilla, but now I've got a lot. Especially Kyo Itachi, absolute gold.
