i have beeen sleeping to all kinds of music therapy frequencies for years and these ones work the best! second time ive slept to the vagus nerve reset and one other kind and ive woken up feeling calmer, more at peace, mental clarity/ energy and no anxiety or sadness! what you do is awesome

This is so preciously helpful, it's doing wonders for me. I put this on after a panic attack and sat in my living room to decompress a bit and interestingly enough, even my cat reacted to the sound and gave me a few suspicious looks at first, but eventually went to bed and is now peacefully sleeping.. I'm soo glad I found your channel. 🙈❣

Hello and welcome to the channel! I'm happy this relaxed you. If you are going through attacks, it would really help to focus on deep breathing exercises a couple of times a day. Also, having someone to speak to openly about your feelings. Panic attacks are usually from emotions that are trapped inside. You need to release your emotions with someone you trust. Just remember you are loved and safe! ❤️
