@@jamalsalmaci5962 It comes with anxiety. Basically the blood pressure drops, and does not return to normal for several hours. Causing severe shortness of breath, extreme lightheadedness, dizziness, numbness in extremities and pins and needles. It's as horrible as it sounds.

Sure enough. I looked them up, and was amazed. Seems they originated in Asia some 4 to 5 thousand years ago. Wow!! The newer ones are wood and metal, while the older ones were wood. Anyway a beautiful sound and a beautiful artist to compliment them!! Love, Jerry

❤ Irene, the very first sound, the continuous vibration has incredibly healing, then overlapping on top with deep vibrations so helpful. Find this so soothing. Everyone must have own reaction. For me the other feathery lighter twinkly sound was less noticeable than deep ones, but they were pretty. The light ones may help people loosen. Mostly continuous vibration sound, the lower ones and middle slow helped me a lot. Later other lighter ones helped.

@@Ireneathanasiou I knew your new thing would sing. I cant believe how it rings , It intertwines dance's with the bowls together, Like helix strands twisting forever! I got a new guitar by chance, I went in a shop looking for work pants, I found my size, with quality & style, And so very cheap it made me smile, And i picked up a guitar for just £5 pounds, Its wort £500 pounds so that was sound! Its the best guitar I've ever owned! The universe provides, so i never moan. ❤️🌏⭐💚

Es genial!!! Suena mágico. Pero a veces lo uso para situaciones en las que no puedo usar cascos y ahí lo único que noto en estos videos últimos, sin cascos, cuando pongo el video en abierto, están grabados a volumen más bajo ¿verdad? ó igual estoy perdiendo audición... jajaja. Hello and thank you! They are actually the same volume, but it might sound lower because Im using a different heavier mallet which introduces more bass frequencies. Human wars perceive mid-range frequencies louder than bass frequencies which is why it might sound lower, but on the Db scale it is actually the same :) ❤️❤️

I find the new instrument beautiful but a bit startling compared to the gentle bowls. Would be so nice if some videos could feature just the lower-pitched instruments, for sleeping or meditation purposes. Thank you so much for your videos, which have become a cherished daily ritual. ❤️
