Vaillant F75 Faulty Pressure Vessel Replaced also How to Repressurise & Service the Pressure Vessel

In this video I show you how I go about replacing a "Pressure Vessel" in a Vaillant boiler.
F75 was coming up in the boiler displace because of the faulty Pressure Vessel.
This is a pretty straight forward job but there are some bits I have to take particular care over.
I will also explain exactly what "Expansion Tanks" and "Expansion Vessels" do.
Plus what maintenance needs to be carried out on an "Expansion Vessel".

Thank you for great video. I am an engineer not a gas man, it has enlightened me in how my boiler works, up until now , itwas a box on the wall which gave hot water and heat

Super video, thanks. I wonder if that tiny fibre washer is the secret sauce that an ordinary punter can't buy? or does it come in the box with the new pressure vessel?

I don't understand something, If the old vessel was full of water and you removed the screw at the bottom, why the water didn't run out of it ? The whole point of the vessel is the have free flow no ? Anybody can help me with it?
