Alas! Capping my night off with this video as part of my birthday celebration, making this Sunday birthday a little forgivable! And oh, I did my very first SORTEDfood recipe but slightly tweaked it. It was the banging brioche and berries recipe. I didn't make the brioche because who wants to knead and wait on their birthday. Instead, I made a vanilla cake. Then filled it with the blueberry curd, fresh berries, and white chocolate ganache. Yum! Thinking about it makes me excited to wake up Monday morning. And oh I decorated my cake with sprigs of mints! Just to give it that "Ben's touch". Haha But anyway thanks guys for entertaining us through food! Congrats on getting into the Late Late Show!
