I'd love to see you try Lisa Eldridge's makeup Tati, especially her new foundation! It's very pricey but it seems extremely good and apparently is a very high-tech and unique formula.

From what i have seen if you have combo/oily skin it's great, if you have dry/normal skin it clings to dry patches. Look up Allana davis she did 2 wear tests on it

I'm a psychology major and of the things we have been learning is to not restructure thoughts by forcing positivity, but instead aim for neutrality. You are doing so well at being mindful and using practices that work AND are sustainable over time. Good job girl!!! Love you Tati!

I can ensure Tati isn’t being complaining at all. I tried the coral shade blush IN STORE with one of their “mua” assisted me. That is patchy. When I walk into the shop the first thing hit me is the fragrance which gives me headache too. Secondly the packaging doesn’t feel expensive as well, everything looks so plasticky and light weighted in a bad way. Over all my first impression isn’t quite satisfied. If you want luxurious makeup, I’m so sorry Valentino is not the one so far.

Tati, I’m so happy to hear your are embracing the aging process. I love your content and your reviews but it’s hard for me sometimes because as a 55 year old there are just some things I cannot do with make up like I used to when I was younger. It’s been a struggle for me to find over 50 you tubers that I really enjoy as much as I do your channel. I feel the little purse compact is like a throwback to the 1920s vintage purse like compacts where you had a lipstick and a face powder or sometimes lipstick face powder and a blush. I think it's actually cool fashion history wise and if i lived a carefree life of parties and never worrying about money etc i could use it.

Your Palette is the ONE singular full sized palette I allowed myself and I love it so much. I know you're moving on from Tati Beauty., but I'm sure a lot of us who purchased your palette would LOOOOOOVEE if you could do a dupes video for all the shades. Or at least the ones you can find dupes for.

Viseart or Natasha Denona have amazing neutral eyeshadows that are easier to blend out and not as patchy as her palette. I bought it to support Tati because I love her, but it is patchy unfortunately. I only used her palette a handful of times, it’s in the bottom of a drawer now.

I love that you are praying for a positive attitude, daily. That is a great habit. I have been working on that too. Also, you're not judging make up you are reviewing it and that's why we watch. You have to try the Lisa Eldridge lipsticks, they’re beautiful. I’m obsessed. The foundation is also gorgeous and comes in so many different shades and tones.

Can I just say I love the spiritual wisdom Tati? No matter what you believe, there is a truth to all of it: If you think you’ll be happy “when you get that” (whatever that is - a luxury item, a car, a house, an eyeshadow palette), it’s a temporary high. I’m a sucker for that fantasy too, but I love when you’re sharing your wisdom, Tati. The reviewer on KZfaq in me understands the programming of finding the negativity, so that one hit me. At the end of the day, they’re just material items.

It makes me sad how I see people with basic paycheck trying to save every penny to buy something that is super expensive. They put their needs last just to buy an extremely expensive bag that in 6 months will be out of trend, won't make them happier and might put them in dept. Like care for you. A super expensive item will not fix your life problems. Also most high fashion brands are not even close to be ethical or that their resources are good. You can buy a good leather bag for less than 200 slap the brands logo and it goes to 1000. That doesn't mean their leather is better or craftmanship. In many cases of some really famous brands for their bags the leather is not processed right with the knowledge that people will keep buying their things if they get ruined. I will not talk about Hermes and killing species in danger for a bag.

Love the statement at the beginning! If you can afford the bag get it if you want, if you can’t know that you are really not missing out on much! I feel like that about most fashion designers. If I never own a LV or Prada or anything that high end I willl be a ok with that! Seems ridiculous and would rather buy a new mattress or give to an amazing charity!

There’s no shame in it but it makes those of us who haven’t had that done wondering why we haven’t got the clear, plump face like youtubers feel a tiny bit less freak like. Always enjoy your videos and I’m glad you’re returning to a less superficial path in your life. Makeup is fun. But having a generous soul is everything.

For all of 2020 I didn't wear any makeup other than brows. I regret that decision. I really think if i would've taken the time to do my makeup i wouldn't have been so down every day. It's crazy how much makeup can lift my mood.

I personally think you look better without all the cosmetic enhancements. But if you feel like doing them again in the future you obviously should do what you want but it isn't necessary, you look fabulous anyway.

I think by 'adapting to your mood' with the blush, they mean you can easily build up the intensity *or* keep it sheer and 'natural'. When you read the previous line it makes more sense. "a sheer finish that can be layered for a more intense color impact, adapting to your mood."

Tati💓I have found the best way to combat negative thoughts (or “complaints”) is to simply start listing out all of the things you’re grateful for. It’s so calming, almost overwhelmingly calming. It helps me fall asleep at night as well. Your brain will naturally gravitate to those thoughts over time if you really keep at it and you will slowly but surely see nothing to complain about. I love you!

Thank you for mentioning the emotions behind getting ready and putting on makeup! We all feel that but nobody talks about it. It truly is a calming ritual from which we often emerge feeling more confident and powerful, which is amazing. I read an article many years ago by Marilyn Monroe’s makeup artist, in which he spoke of how during the physical application of her makeup she would transform herself energetically from Norma Jean into the Marilyn Monroe character we all saw on the screen.

I remember that your channel was one the first ones that I started watching at 20 and I always loved watching you. When I started to watch makeup videos I didn’t even wore any makeup, I would watch it because I had depression but somehow tutorials would make time pass quicker and easier. I’m so happy that 9 years after you are my favorite person to watch. Tati video Woo! 🥳 I think “adapts with your mood” means that it’s not hyper pigmented & it’s buildable. If you feel like a natural look it will work as a subtle blush & if you want full glam it can build up to suit that too

With that powder/lipstick compact Valentino tried to be fancy, but all they did is reproduced lesser quality Tango purse from 1920/30- ies. Those were gorgeous with engraving, enamel, etc. and usually stored lipstick with blotting powder or blush for a touch up on the go.

The struggle of shade matching live and in 4K 😂 it bothers me so much that everything isn’t easier with shade matching. To be clear though I’m a light medium neutral OLIVE so that’s always a struggle because rarely do you find light olive anyways and adding in the neutral is fun but yeah…thanks for a happy Monday morning upload dear! Hi Tati, I just viewed this video of 2 years ago and I want to say that I appreciate so much your honesty about high expensive brands things that gives you the feeling you are someone when you buy them but after a month you realize that you need something else. You are so true to yourself and I love that you have the courage to address this pattern a lot of women have. Keep on being simple. That is rare in that world. Great job! Catherine
