Conversations With My Conscience - Episode 2
The premise of this podcast is that I am having a conversation with my conscience. That is the male voice you hear; my father.
We tackle all things life by going through all the lessons I’ve learned with him as my mentor. The ups, the downs, the pain, and the joy. All of it.
The female voice you hear is Neetu, she plays “devil’s advocate”. She voices all the what if, ands or buts in life.
My conscience, my ego and myself. This is it.
With God at the centre of it all.

In the sandman it’s even more deep. When Dream invokes hope, he not only surprises Lucifer but also strikes at the core of the Devil’s existence. Lucifer’s greatest wish is for God to forgive him and allow him back into the Silver City (Heaven). However, he has lost hope that this will ever happen. By mentioning hope, Dream reminds Lucifer of the possibility of redemption, forgiveness, and a return to Heaven. It cuts deep because it challenges Lucifer’s resignation to eternal damnation.
