I doubt that the rent doesn't make a dent in their income bc they literally took SO many Dove sponsors to specifically pay for their house rent according to Rae and once that well dried up, the news of them moving started popping up as early as last year. The only multi millionaires in that house is probably Fuslie&Valk and the others are not even comparable with their income. Tina and Miyoung sporadically stream and take long breaks, while Foolish/Ellum are perma visitors who probably don't even pay their full rent.

Respectfully they'd move to NY before Austin. I loved the streams also and hopefully more collabs but they're not moving to Austin. Also most of their opportunities are in LA ie their acting, modeling,etc. It's why even Otk goes to LA so often to do events and their opportunities also.

Nah renting is crazy, especially if your paying crazy money and the "smart" home you got is turning off the AC. Like what, hell nah. Plus these streamers make their money off creating entertainment which is good, it's not exploitation. They deserve and worked for their wealth.

They were paying like $25k+/mo rent. They had frequent internet issues. Had issues with smart house system running the alarms. Had issues with smart house system running the AC. Had water leaks and flooding during rain storms. Had animals in their trash. Landlord vacationing in Europe and was no help. I'm sure you'd complain too.

all residential landlords are leeches, without exception - they are everyone's enemy. and if you think a million dollars is sufficient to buy a decent house in LA, *especially* given their security concerns, you are sorely mistaken. this system is shit, but turning that anger towards the people who actually maintain and benefit from that system will probably make you feel better than being bitter about the people who have been slightly luckier in that system. (as strange as it sounds, streamers are workers too, just really well-paid ones)
