It all depends on a person’s palette. For me, I feel white wines are not as bold or as dry as red wines.

I actually fell in love with Mexican wine. I just never got up to the areas where they grow it. This looked like a blast. I love the vineyards. The tastings must've been fantastic. Breakfast looked amazing. Of the three wineries which was your favorite?

El Cielo was my favorite of these three wineries. Their wines were well put together. Great tastes. After that, I would say La Reina then Finca de Carrodilla.

Yay you finally made it! I’ve never driven here but have been here via the cruise ship. I don’t drink but went to the winery to do ATV riding! The views are indeed beautiful. Did the wine 🍷 taste or chocolate enhance the taste afterwards?

Yes I did! Thanks for your help on the border crossing! ATV riding at a winery sounds like fun! And yes the chocolate can enhance the flavors inside the wine. For instance, one of the wines had a citrus taste which I couldn’t taste as strong until I had the chocolate.
