Just be aware that Florida and Illinois are 2 different places and our politics are different. For example, if u don't like guns, FL is not for you.

Haha Florida isn't always sunshine which is true! last time we went it also rained! Haha! You got stuck a little behind the Amazon truck. We have houses similar to those in Illinois. This area is so nice. We have winn dixie in Alabama too. There is Publix stores only up to Montgomery Al. I live in Dothan, Al looking at relocating.

Me gusta Valrico, tiene mucha areas verde,y tiene muchas tiendas allí mismo,así no hay que ir lejos para hacer compras .

30+ years ago, this was a beautiful town. Now it's overrun with rude assholes from up north and elsewhere. A shame what happened Valrico.

Putting in a request for Thonotosassa. I'm from Philly, PA; trying to heavily research the Tampa and Orlando areas. I'll need to find work when I get there so I'm looking for super cheap rents, but apparently what I can afford is in the crackhead towns!

Coming from Pueblo, Colorado. Looking at a home in Valrico & one in Ruskin. Looking for somewhere diverse, inclusive, calm, good for my health. Our offer was accepted in Ruskin, but just before paying the escrow/earnest $ the other house we were interested became available again & reach out to us..so now we are trying to decide which one to go w. Just my husband, 2 dogs, & myself. We drove thru briefly & really like both of them, except Ruskin had some areas we as BIPOC & LGBTQ+ individuals didn't feel safe. Some areas in ruskin were really good though.

Florida is not for you then. You're better off in another state like California or Massachusetts.

@@soundcheck2k7 we moved here despite those issues. if we avoid these places, then they will just get worse. Doing alright so far. almost a year here now.
