Functioning speed is most important. The other speeds that will push you forward are delivery speed, how fast do you deliver your product? Timing speed, are you executing at the right moment? And expansion speed, how fast are you able to expand, the rate of change of the size of your company? So is functioning speed how fast you carry out the day to day tasks of your company? Am I understanding that correctly?

I am quite successful in building companies and I’ve started watching your videos and I can honestly confirm that you have a great view on how to build business, sales, marketing and in general, business itself. The good thing about a degree is that, it teaches you how to meet dead lines and how to finish a project.....Ended up building my pool house in the end, became a top performer, but still not trying that 6 figure income.
