I thought TimeCop was better. Bigger budget, less cheesy, and no absurd mullet hairdo. Plus that fine-ass Mia Sara was in it. Hard Target gets extra points for having the great Lance Henriksen, though.

Lance was great as 'Chains' in "Stone Cold" 1991. Lance was in another good movie called Excessive Force set in Chicago. God how the time has passed us by since these movies were made. Seems like yesterday, yet this stuff was 30 years ago. I was in my early 20s when these movies came out. They don't make movies like these anymore. Now it's all computer generated stuff.
