It does look good. But taking it out on not so nice days I would like to see. Not being negative, looks and funcionality are 2 diferent things. Like I said, looks good. I like some of the features.

I think it depends on what it’s used for. If the owner wants to use it as a day boat or weekender then this would be great. It would also be really good for someone in the US who lives in the Great Lakes area. It would also be a good party boat. Just not necessarily something that you’re going to take out deep into the ocean.I think it’s actually pretty cool

This is such absurd criticism. Planning hull mobos are to be used in good weather conditions and flat seas, or close enough. Being out in bad weather isn't fun. Time to retire the customary "this boat would struggle in a wave" nonsense. No shoot, Sherlock! It's almost like they're made to head out in good weather! Also, this boat is clearly to be owner-operated, but there are still 3 cabins - if you want crew aboard, just call one of them "crew-cabin" and voilá.

@@cordobes Still, as soon as there is some water on the transom i would be afraid of water getting into the engineroom. Even on the calmest seas or in the harbour. Regarding crew cabin : if you don't want/need a crew : ok - i would prefer to have someone professionell running it for me. Hence missing the necessary cabin on this one. Maybe a larger and similar model would be possible?

@@berndhaverkock6070 Why would there be water getting into the engine room? Keep in mind that platform is 1.7 meters above waterline. Where would the water come from? It's nonsensical. I think the engine room positioning is quite clever and I fully expect it'll be adopted by lots of other designers and builders. You need to look better at the boat design, this isn't a submerged swimming platform, the submersible one is telescopically deployed from under this one. As for crew , I don't understand: there are 3 cabins available? If you allocate one for the crew, there are 2 staterooms available, plus the other convertible spaces.

@@cordobes Transom is max 30 - 50cm above water level (hard to guess on the pictures on the yards webpage), therefore my expectation is that water could spill over the transom, where the hatch to the engines are. Hence the sill(?) Of the hatch need to be extremly clean or you might face water in the engine compartment. Interesting is, that on the yards webpage is mentioned, that there is a crew cabin plus 3 guest cabins (owner + 2 guest) on the 660. On the 1000 Beachclub are 2 berths for the crew, according to provided layout. Regarding IPS drives : love them. @@cordobes I think for what it's built for, it's a great design. Really love the lower level. I'd imagine that it'd sell better for lake lovers, where conditions don't get rough.

It a cat A boat rated safe for all storms sub-hurricaine. It'll be floating when many cat B boats you'd rather be on are on the sea floor.
