Doug Aldrich is the man you'll want to pay attention too Jacob. Hmm, I would say that Slashes personal band he started after leaving Guns and Roses. Exact same style, feel and approach that you expect from a 100% Les Paul driven band. Depending on the brand and style of the guitar, even considering the strings as well as everything else. Each guitar demands certain technical skills,to play them well, and that is suppose to take time. And, probably, a lot of it. That's what I always half to come too in regards to your incredible abilities. If you go back, years, ok. You'll find many times, where I pointed this out to people, over, and, over again. It always seems like you are missing years somewhere. Anyway, Doug is a great Les Paul player, and I'm pretty certain he will do something that you can use. Im a middle aged guitar bloomer with a musical ear (gimmie any instrument ive never played and i will feebly pick out any song and can tune guitar by ear etc. I should have been playing as a kid) I play with fingers but am realizing im missing so much with a pick.
