Oregon is great for outdoor activities. Keep your eyes open during Fall for outcroppings of mushrooms veins. Will enhance your luscious cooking. I use a Magma Marine Kettle cooker. Being stainless steel it cools down quickly for packing up. Camped that way one summer in my Weekender when crossing the country from my home in Lexington, MA to my home in Santa Barbara, and via my sister outside Eugene (Veneta), OR. Veneta is for Vanagons!

Ha! Was in Anchor Bay CA campground this week and shared some Bulleit on the beach with a couple of fellow Westy travelers from Maine. Small world.

Learned that it’s called “squeaky cheese” and that camp fire cooking is really hard. Also the suction cup to magnet… good idea the cups “suck”

Looks like a great winter site. 740 ft elevation, and I would guess not many people up there this time of year. Oregon coast range and some of the nearby forests are some of my favorite places to explore in my Westy. Happy travels!

Nice video and camping. Where did you get the long two bracket that hold the propane tank? I have the same tank and I’m try to figure out how to place it on the back of my Westy.

Still loving all of your content...but one quick question (perhaps I didn't fan dig deep enough) but, do you have a list of, or perhaps a recommendation of, the equipment used to film your content? Especially the drone used and your editing suite?

Have you ever had issues with bears with the food? How do you handle that situation? 😊
