Sunflower oil - 3/4 Cup
Warm Milk - 2 Tbsp.
Vinegar - 1/2 Tsp.
Chocolate Powder - 1 Tbsp.
Hot Milk - 2 Tbsp.
Vinegar - 1/4 Tsp.
Whipping Cream - 2 Cup
For Sugar Syrup
Sugar - 1/4 Cup
Water - 1/2 Cup
Salt - 1 pinch
For Chocolate Sauce
whipping cream - 3 Tbsp.
Sugar - 1 Tbsp.
grated Diary milk chocolate or Chocolate milk
compound - 1/2 Cup (40 gm)
Cashew nut - 5 Nos.
For Chocolate Ganache
Amul fresh cream - 250 ml
Sugar - 4 Tbsp
White Chocolate - 250 gm
Butter - 2 Tbsp.

ചേച്ചി.... സത്യത്തിൽ കോവിഡ് കാരണം ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ ആണ്. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ പണ്ടേ ഞാൻ cake ഉണ്ടാക്കി കഴിഞ്ഞേനെ. ഈ ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ cake ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ എനിക്കും സാധിക്കും എന്നൊരു ധൈര്യം ഉണ്ടാക്കി തന്നത് ചേച്ചി ആണ്. ഇവിടെ കിടന്നു കൊണ്ടു തന്നെ അതിനു വേണ്ട സാധനങ്ങൾ എല്ലാം സെറ്റാക്കി കഴിഞ്ഞു. ഇനി ഒന്നു വീട്ടിൽ എത്തണം പരീക്ഷണം തുടങ്ങാൻ😂😂

Which chocolate did you use to decorate. When I use compound chocolate it melts as I take it outside the fridge. It then melts off when I keep it on the cake

രശ്മി ചേച്ചി valentine സ്പെഷ്യൽ കേക്ക് ഉണ്ടാക്കി നോക്കി. സൂപ്പർ ആയിട്ടു വന്നു. എല്ലാരും നല്ല അഭിപ്രായം പറഞ്ഞു . ഇപ്പൊ ചെറുതായിറ്റ് കേക്ക് ഉണ്ടാക്കി കൊടുക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങി. കേക്ക് നല്ലതാണ് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു കേൾക്കുമ്പോൾ ഒരുപാട് സന്തോഷം. Thank u ചേച്ചി

Q chechi suuuuppppeeerrr. ഞാൻ ഇതുവരെ ഒരു കേക്ക് ഉണ്ടാക്കാത്ത ആളാണ്. പക്ഷേ എന്റെ 15 വയസുള്ള മോൾ ചേച്ചീടെ വീഡിയോസ് കണ്ടിട്ട് നല്ല Perfect ആയി കേക്ക് ഉണ്ടാക്കും. നല്ല Soft and Juicy ആയ Red Bee cake ഉണ്ടാക്കി. ശരിക്കും ബേക്കറിയിൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങുന്നത് പോലെ തന്നെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അതിന്റെ എല്ലാ credit ഉം ചേച്ചിക്കാണ്.
