What's really sad is that once he retired his only focus was his kids and tried to make up for the time spent away. He didnt evne watch basketball until his daughter brough him back in because she loved it just as much.......this gets to me every time. Loved Kobe, my first sports idol and only celeb i've cried over.

I had no idea how sweet of a person Kobe was. I’m glad that he was able to spend quality time with his wife and girls because life is too short.

This video is precious and heartbreaking knowing Kobe and his family will never experience the love, happiness and togetherness depicted in this video. The upside is I’m sure there are many more videos the family can enjoy in the years to come. Vanessa, stay strong for your girls and know God is always available. This is the video that broke me...I saw many videos and interviews of him..other athletes..crying..I was tough..but this video..seeing him enjoying being a girl dad..broke me..cried like a baby!

Weeping. 😭 I never knew him, and he wasn't perfect, but in his latter years he truly was the model father and husband we're so sorely lacking. So tragic. He left a loving legacy. 🙏🏻❤️
