Following a heated argument with his wife, both William and his red 2013 Dodge Avenger seemed to vanish into thin air in November 2016, leaving a family in anguish.

Our search begins at the largest boat ramp we've ever seen in Greenville Mississippi to work the missing person cold case of William Arrington.
Given the circumstances of that night, with reports of William's distressed state, we considered the chilling possibility that he might have driven into the water. With this in mind, we set out with our sonar equipment, scanning the depths of Lake Ferguson.
The sonar revealed multiple targets underwater, each holding the potential to be the clue we desperately sought. As we identified these targets, our team prepared for a series of dives. The cold, murky waters held many secrets, from discarded tires to submerged boats. Among these, we identified several vehicles, one of which bore a striking resemblance to William's Dodge Avenger.
The diving was challenging, with visibility limited and the weight of the mission pressing on us. Every vehicle we approached, we hoped would provide the answers to William's whereabouts. The local community's support was invaluable during this time. Their shared stories, insights, and leads about other potential underwater vehicle locations were instrumental in guiding our search.
This documentary is a testament to our unwavering commitment at Adventures With Purpose. It's a journey of hope, determination, and the relentless pursuit of truth. Jared, thank you for the information about drowned persons. I knew that bodies had a bloated floating period, but I didn't know that there was a second instance of that until now, and it fascinates me (in a heartbroken way) how our bodies work after we die. I've never seen a corpse in person outside of a museum exhibit and I hope I never will, but I can only imagine the things you and your team have seen in your efforts to bring people home. Take care of yourselves. You are all angels.

I've watched so many of these videos, and I sincerely appreciate what you and your crews are doing. You often talk about your equipment, but this time , you explained every step so calmly and concisely. It makes understanding what you see and how you figure it all out so much clearer. You can also use the headrests, they all have metal spigots, obviously harder and will take more time but it works...not great at cutting seatbelts though...good buy 👍

@@user-zs9fp3zu5r PLEASE, be extremely cautious sharing this false information. I own 2 trucks, they are not removeable in my F150 and no headrests in my Ranger. If I relied soley on your advice, I would perish. In the event that the vehicle rolls or lands on its roof, you may not get them out and IF you can find the magic area in tempered glass, a lot of upper body strength is necessary. Please, have at least one 2-in-1 emergency escape tool easily accessable for yourself and your passengers. Having a $15 reliable tool, having an escape plan, and remaining calm are all priceless.

Folks, don't ever dive without training. At the very least, download a chart that tells you when and where to make a safety stop and for how long based on your time at various depths.

I really appreciate all that this man has done to bring peace and closure to so many families. It's a shame that allegations made against a boy in his teen years have now come back to ruin a matured and compassionate man. Whether those allegations are true, he's more than made up and changed his course. We all know that boys AND girls at 16 and 17 made stupid mistakes especially in that regard.

Lake Ferguson is the lake I grew up on in the 70's. It was like a resort back then. Right where they're standing on the levee use to be the Yacht Club and behind them about 300' down the bank was the Marina. Concerts, Carnivals, Skiing and fishing. We had a large house boat at the Yacht Club. Some of the best memories of my childhood.

Did you check the very bright one that showed up on the scanner if it was a car or boat. I remember that you tell us the more recent vehicle that goes in would be very bright on the scanner would not have any to very little stuff on it to show close to how long it been in the water yes it different on each water ways . I'm glad you keep doing your help on finding lost ones❤

When you are expecting a car to be a certain color keep in mind that for several years now you can take your car to a professional and have 2 to 3 layers of different colors to a car its like a peel off vynol and is pretty water resistant.

Jared, you will be always be the heart of the missing not left behind. You have done so much good. I'm so glad you're back you are the best at this . Don't ever give up and never ever let anyone take ur joy and happiness away.. I'm a 73 year old women who has the advantage to see more to a story than one who's trying to destroy another. I was very worried that u lost ur drive, but u just needed to regroup and perhaps grieve for people u believed in weren't ur friend as u believed were and would have ur back. It's a very unnerving experience I know been there myself. You have a good heart and soul keep on keeping on. Bless u, my friend. Some of the fish were huge. Notice on sonar while Jared was at his safety stops, how many fish were just still and watching him. Kind of a creepy feeling.

Wow. I think you just explained something I have been experiencing for 30 years. Not the diving part but the nitrogen exit. I first noticed it after drinking a coke to fast in my genetics class back in college(1993ish). Always happens after drinking a coke to fast. It hurts. Like a burn you get drinking coke in your throat but this happens around my spine where the lungs would be. Pretty uncomfortable. That is crazy. No doctor could ever explain it. Honestly they looked at me crazy. Guess don't drink soda to fast especially coke.

This one I know. If you drink Coke, or any carbonated drink too fast, you don't give time for the carbon dioxide bubbles to come out of the fluid. Usually, you'll experience burps and fizziness, as this happens, and it gives the drink the zing we all love. But, drink it too fast and that CO2 is trapped down in your esophagus where it is much harder for the bubbles to escape. In fact, the process of swallowing makes the passages narrower, thus even harder still. So now you get trapped CO2 trying to break free and continually building up and up. This can be extremely painful and can even trigger a "vaso-vagal response", which is when you pass out and fall to the floor like a rag doll. You soon awaken again, shaking like a leaf, and regain your feet. As I understand it, the vagal nerve is involved, though I don't know the specifics. I only know that it is the same nerve that can cause women to faint. I guess that stress or bubbles can somehow put stress on that nerve (which runs through the neck), which causes it to knock you out. Having done this, I can agree that one should not take big gulps of soda. Take moderate gulps and give yourself time to burp in between.

@@INUN0TAISHO guess it would not shock you to discover I use to faint a lot. I don't think they are connected in this case unless a whole nights sleep would fail at clearing that up. Most of my episodes happen upon waking or physical activity beyond my normal amount. Have had some really bad ones after being given flagyl. Me and that antibiotic do not get along at all. Couldn't keep my blood pressure up at all. A 30 year mystery in my life solved!!!
