The glass vanity top is very chic👌🏾. Maybe you can organize your lippie draw in baskets so they don't roll around. Your cat is definitely in heat, my cat does this often during kitten season even though I got her fixed already. I usually try to give her cat nip to relax and try to give her toys so she can distract herself but usually time is what helps

You can pick up those no slip mats in white and it will help keep it all in place if you don’t want to use bins.

Do you even need all that stuff?!? I wear make up every day but I don’t have that much stuff, clutter bothers me so I get rid of stuff very often, on top of it make up and products do indeed expire so better to get rid of them
