Vans RV 10 build update - This is the initial Trim of the doors (Which I have put off for a long time deciding the best way to do the cutting). Ultimately I ended up doing the initial Trimming with my Dremel Tool with a cutoff wheel. Then I fitted them to the openings and started sanding them to fit, or this I mainly used a 12" hand sander and my drill with a round sanding bit for cutting back the opening in the door. I had not removed a lot of the material on the main cabin top, so as the door was going to be recessed I was constantly trimming more and more of the cabin top opening so the door would recess properly. Next step will be the door hinges (unless I decide to do more sanding) :-( . This is by far the messiest part of the build to date, so i will be happy once i can do a final cleanup.
