Vans RV 10 build update - In this video I work on the fairings for the attachment point between the vertical / horizontal stabilizers and the rudder fairing with the FlyLed tail marker light.
Vans suggested using a light to do the match drilling, I opted for my strap duplicator that allows me to duplicate the holes... not sure if this is better or worst but it seemed to work better for me. You want to make sure that you keep the fairing tight against both surfaces so you don't end up with any gaps.
The one thing I should have done first was to smooth out the fairing inside surfaces, it might have created a better fit without the need for filler.
