The fact they actually made Russian armor for the Varangian makes me so happy. Nice to see the devs know it wasn't just the Byzantines they worked for in their time.

@@birubuKievan Rus is a term. The progenitor of Rus was Ladoga (Novgorod). The Slavs and Vikings united and became a strong power, but when the capital of Rus was Kiev... The Mongol Empire attacked Rus. The Mongols made her their vasal. This happened when Kiev was the capital of Rus. So your words Kievan Rus are just a term that denotes a period of time.

@@birubuno, so called “russia” is actually moscovia, they just stole name from our Kyivan Rus🇺🇦. While Ukraine and partly belarus are actually successors of Rus. Not moscovites, even though they did a lot to rewrite history, and hide the fact that they are actually Kyivan colony, which gained its independence after mongolian occupation, to whom they paid tribute.

I do believe it would make sense for a mercenary group, I dont believe EVERY character should have both genders (How would they do gryphon or valkryie?) But characters that in canon are a collection of characters should have both genders.

Yeah it seems they're pandering to people who aren't their player base. Thinking a bunch of grown men want to play as women if they have a choice. Very few female characters make sense and this is not one of them. It's forced.

I think this is the best they have done. Because they didn't give her every special attack. She didn't have any blue. And for armor i enjoyed the starter weapons more then the legendary weapons.

I'm going to buy every pass, perhaps even steel bundles. I fully support the devs, especially the art team for pouring their heart and soul into making the weapons+armor. Just when I thought the weapons are sick, it keeps going. 10/10 I can see the tremendous effort the art team put into this game

So "um acshually, that is inaccurate because lamellar armor is a composite of lamellae joined in an overlapping fashion by leather lacing. Lamellae most commonly refers to a membrane/plate of tissue found in bone, where as Lamellar specifically refers to the armor ☝️🤓"

Okay but hear me out: She looks level one. Every single armorset, though cool, looks like it can't be higher than blue quality. if we take a look at the shields and axes, we see the legendary level seven stuff. But where are the armors that fit to it? Not existing, like for the whole viking faction.

Afera 0.5 looks great. Im so glad the only people who did any work for this character was the modeling team. Kinda wish for honor wss dead instead of consistently disappointing

We did, last time, and we'll get one next time. It takes a lot of extra modeling and voice work that, considering ubi is in charge of their budget, they probably don't have.

no double headed eagle anywhere tgey say it looks byzantine but it ends up looking like fancy Native American motifs with gems that are faceted by the way . bad design
