Varistor volt pe kam karta hai vo 270 ya 280 valt se jyada hota hai to sort ho jata hai or isake age laga huva fuse Jal jata hai or supply volt band ho jata hai. 2.2 kw keliye varistor ke age minimum 10 amp ka fuse lagana padega.

In short you understood nothing from above clear cut video. There is no way to calculate total load of all equipments, the how can you find a masterkey? It is used at every equipment inputs only.

Varistor हाई वोल्टेज केलिये है। ELCB और MCB Varistor जितना एक्यूरेट नहीं होते।

Can I use resistor in place of fuse? If house load is 1.5 kW and 500 watt respectively, that case recommend resistor value and watt..

For a 240v volts supply if we use a Varistor rated for 270v then the varistor will fail instantly. Since varistors are very sensitive they don't operate according to AC RMS values rather according to Peak Values of voltage. Say for a 240v RMS the peak voltage will be 339 v (peak) then a Varistor rated for 270 volts will breakdown immediately.
