Calling it now, varric is gonna die in this game. Losing bianca, the whole “take care of the team for me” him getting older and how tired he seems. This is Varric’s final chapter.

And the fact that bio ware let go of varrics writer so I guess they are going to do what they backed out of doing in dragon age 2.

I really hoped Solas would stay the game’s main antagonist. But it looks like that may not be the case.

It would've been amazing to build our network in Tevinter with Dorian and other advisors (maybe our Inquisitor as one of them). In the end based on our relationship with Solas we would've been able to convince him to not destroy the Veil. I just wanna see him reunite with my Lavellan. Hope they let us use DA Keep.

⁠@@Isus24-s8esame. My inquisititor is going to be Lavellon as well. However I heard they won’t be using the keep but in character creation you can recreate your inquisitor and state what decisions occurred in the last game. Maybe in the first two as well but not sure

@@Isus24-s8e That's why i'm very worried about this game. To me, Varric's story ended in Inquisition and Dorian was hyped up to be the returning companion along with Solas as the big bad. But Varric is back, Dorian is nowhere to be found and Solas is opening the veil in the opening prologue? I dunno... I would say it wasn't what i expected, but something just doesn't feel right.

I'm sure we will Ally with solas temporarily to deal with those two elven gods we just unleashed lol hopefully nothing else comes out of the fade unless it's the hawk or warden we left behind

Okay, I was mad at Solas before but was hoping he would have a realization moment. But then he broke Bianca, and ignored Verric and now I am furious at him

At the end of the day, Bianca is a deadly weapon and it was aimed at him. Solas was merely disarming him.

I can’t wait to see how the Elven Gods look in this game. And for some reason, I’m beginning to feel that this game is going to be some sort of Boss Gauntlet in where you fight the Elven Gods.

Those two were actually introduced together in dai. Quite the parallel. I hope those were all false foreshadowing, I can't accept Varric dying.

So, from what I've seen of this clip, Varric's probably going to die and conversation options don't actually seem to change much of anything. That's about what I'd expect. I'll save my money for a different game.
