Mam mere plot ke NE - East centre tak UG water tank aur borewell hai.lekin tank capacity 3000ltr hai jo bahut kum hai aur boaring ka pani salt water hai. Ghar ke south me 4th pad me enterence hai aur ramp and steps hai waha UG tank nahi ban sakta. ab bache hue jagah me se kisi jagah ek UG water tank banana hoga ghar ke bahar road side. Please suggest

Really appreciate if you could advise me about this. If there is an area in SW/ West or South of a double storey house with no ceiling in the middle and open to the first floor roof, Is this a vastu dosh? Is this count as a cut?

Well at the face of it yes it is a dosh, but it would depend on a couple of factors. You will have to email me the floor plan of your house, for all the floors, with the directions marked then I can comment better

We have under construction house with staircase in North. To avoid this problem can we make underground water tank below the staircase? Will this balance out the Vastu dosh of staircase in North?

If it is an under construction house, you should not make this big mistake and then look for remedies. This is what people generally do when they try to apply Vastu principles on their own. Please don't make this mistake. Take expert advise.

A well in the SW is considered to be one of the biggest problem according to Vastu, and my suggestion would be that you should consider selling the property. This is my first recommendation.

If shamshan away from 180 -250 mtrs , what is good and bad effect on house .House face is west and entire is facing east . Pl suggest .whether this property good or not . I want to buy .

Is it visible from your house? Does any shadow fall on your house because180-250 mtrs is a decent distance, generally one should not worry. Just ensure that the internal Vastu of your house is good, this is very important

@@VastuShastraVideos Sorry madam distance from house is 100 -110 MTR and no shadow follow and no visible from balcony but if we seat in balcony and view from corner from 2nd balcony then is visible . And house is west facing ,balcony east two balcony and kitchen window east facing , kitchen in South direction and bed room north direction . And toilet and bathroom window east side and door open in west side .
