Very informative Vaul! I've been following your channel since back when you were only covering Infinity and I have an important question to ask. I main PanO and now i'm starting Dweghom so does this make me a bad person who shoots things instead of playing the game?

Yeah the game is balanced enough that you need more than just shooting to win

@@VaulSCI know just joking, but on a more serious note it really feels like Dweg has a right and a wrong way to build them. By that I mean the internal balance is quite awkward. A great example would be thanes versus dragon slayers where for 20 points you get just a completely superior product. I honestly would never take thanes if not for the flank you get with the raegh. I'm rambling a bit here but I do feel dweg had some balance quirks that leads to lists looking very similar to each other versus some other factions

Can you comment a bit more on the mnemancers? Those seem to be a specific reason for a Raegh warband and especially dragonslayers (over the drake). 25p does seem a bit steep though

I think you misjudge wardens, their high volume of attacks at cleave 1 is fantastic. They're defense 3 innately with a really high resolve. You can make them hardened 1, I think they're fantastic at holding objectives. Pursuit of aghm gives your units buffs if they win duels. So you take a character with quicksilver attacks challenge, they refuse then you challenge with the unit immediately after. Now they have to take the challenge.

For the Cthonic Flame shooting in Blooded with Lethal Demise, I’ve tried it, unfortunately they are usually in a pack with the Matriarch for the regen - and that means their big pack is going to be Resolve 5. Rerolling success or not, you are still very unlikely to get anything, unfortunately

Thank you for the video! You say that the Kerawegh gives Devout to his Berserkers - how is that so? Since he does not have Devout himself

When leading them they get it automatically as per the devout rules

@@VaulSC Indeed, but neither the Kerawegh nor the Berserkers are Devout. Does the keyword automatically appear because he is a Priest leading a unit?
