The last tip helped a lot, I noticed in my surya namaskara whenever I would go up, my back would be hunched and not free and open like sir showed. Great

Prashant ji I have terrible gas trapping problem, I am normally fine in morning, it gets bad as day progreses esp in evening . Normally after few hours of morning meal I start getting minor cramps and difficulty to.pass gas, in evening it gets worse, when I press stomach there is no hurt or pain on.pressing , infact most time my stomach is soft but on sittong on chair or otgerwise, I feel tight, sleeping position again I feel better & morning is pretty ok

Since I quit the vegan diet and changed for a keto and now carnivore diet I have almost no gas and bloating. Gas and bloating is dur to what you eat

Excellent asan information sir. But unfortunately I have disc bulging and sciatica I can't bend. Can I do just sitting posture and standing without bending ? For some few days I am having severe acidity and my sciatica pain came back. I want to do this Asana.

Namaste Sir 🙏 aapne inhale aur exhale me mistake se galat bol diya hai inhale in the squatting position and exhale in the raised position.if any body have confusion then you can see the book of Asana pranayama mudra bandha book by swami satyananda saraswati page no-69,70 vayu nishkasana(wind releasing pose)

Why don't you take ayurveda tratment? I also had this situation, I used so many english medicines and fed up with it. Later I have taken treatment at kottakkal arya vaidya sala., sn ayirvedic hospital. They cured it.

@@itsmepriya4171 If you have PCOD and are obese/overweight, then try to reduce weight. PCOD is a lifestyle disorder so eat healthily, maintain stress levels and it might go away once and for all.

@@wendylee13 sweet of you! ObGyn gave surgery option and it's done now. That was for my mom. Just to add, Homeopathy has meds till 3rd stage prolapse. Other option is using a pessary.
