Hello Friends!
Today's video is full of instructions that you can follow with your eyes closed! Hopefully this will be the perfect video to help you sleep. I often listen to ASMR videos without actually watching the screen, so this is definitely a type of video I enjoy watching. I also warmed up the lighting a little bit with some pink filters to hopefully make it a bit less harsh for those who are watching while trying to sleep.

I absolutely LOVED the counting/breathing it gave me so many tingles and almost put me to sleep! Do you think you could do a entire video like that I feel like it would really help people relax and fall asleep

I really have to say: This is the video where i fall sleep in 100 %. I only hear it when im sick or have anxiety and massive problems to fall a sleep and it works every time. Thx for this masterpeace. :)

Oh I've been meaning to comment, but I think on one these before I jokingly said something along the line of you training us to be psychics with that guess the card segment. Well a while ago during a D&D game I'm in, there was a gambling parlor segment with a game where I had to guess "high or low" three times in a row. The jackpot was really high bc our DM thought nobody would get it, but I got it right 3 times in a row. Got a lot of money and my immediate thought was it's thanks to Veda's guess the card training 😂
