This was amazing to listen too. My personal experience with this is when I go into meditation and eliminate all thought. I notice that I’m left with just my awareness it’s a very blissful state and feels like eternity. It is broken the moment I introduce thought.

Om . ......May all of us transcend the illusinary state of our minds created by our thought process .
