It's suffocating to breath while watching this vdo itself. It so congested Literally there is no ventilation or no windows i could see any where except the 1 in first floor. Jail maari irukunga.I appreciate the idea and efforts put in to planning with such a minimal area. But ssly its not inspiring to move in. Looks scary in the daylight itself. Kindly upload practically planned house designs rather than these failed designs.

PLANNING வேற மாதிரி பண்ணி இருக்கலாம். ground floorல 40 ft க்கு hall… அதைத்தாண்டி போனா படிக்கட்டு. (இந்த வீடியோவில் உள்ளதை போலவே) படிக்கட்டை கடந்தால், kitchen.… படியின் கீழேயோ அல்லது கிட்சனை கடந்தாலோ காமன் TOILET. முதல் மாடியில் படிகள் சரி பாதியாக பிரிந்து… இரு புறமும் ஒரு BEDROOM with attached bathroom. இடம் அதிகம் இருப்பதால் வெளிச்சம் காற்றுக்காக இரண்டு BEDROOMஇலும் VETILATOR வைத்தால்… ஜன்னல் வைக்கலாம். காற்றும், வெளிச்சமும் கிடைக்கும். second floor மொட்டை மாடி.

A narrow strip of the ancestoral property would have been given to them. Both brothers have put in their hard invested money to build such a dungeon kind of house. But I would appreciate their efforts, their engineer should have broken his head to arrive at a plan with more entry for natural air and light through ducts. Else it looks fine but I feel the development authority wouldn't have given approval for such a design

House construction shouldn't be challenge between the land and the house owner .. land is the mother of the house which going to bare the house and the person living there for generations .. so land should be chosen for the house not to be challenged that i can build a house and live .. if people build in that mindset they never can live happily there . Don't waste the good KZfaq channel name by highlighting this kind of Houses.. happiness should be from living n the House not from the constructing the house by challenging the land size itself ..

The kids room has the connection for wash basin and if kids play with their friends and jump on it, accidents could happen. A good try but safety first.
