Ingredients
Maida - 3 cup
Water - 1 cup plus 3 tbsp
Salt-
Little Maida for dusting
Sugar -1 tbsp
Oil -2 tbsp
Oil for extra use
Method
Take 3 cups of maida to a big bowl. Add salt. Mix. Add 1 tbsp sugar. Mix . Add 2 tbsp of oil. Mix well. Add water in batches. Mix to make a soft dough. Grease your hands with oil and mix well. Mix the dough for 10 mins. Keep the dough for 1 hour. spread the oil on top of the dough. Cover the bowl with a wet towel. Close the bowl with a plate. After 1 hour, divide it into 9 to 10 pieces. Spread the dough balls individually with your hands (watch 7:40 mins) and keep it to rest for 30 mins. Then brush oil on each ball. Cover it with a table cloth. Grease the table top. And take a dough ball and spread the ball on the table top with your fingers/palm. Make it as big as you can. (watch 10:19 mins). Make it as thin as possible.brush some oil . with the tip of the knife make long straight cuts. Then bring both ends together to the center and make It a long string. Then pull the string (as shown 12:35 mins) catching on both ends. Roll the string in concentric circles. Keep it aside for 20 mins after brushing oil on top. Cover it with a towel. With your fingers spread the paratha to a preferred size. Cook the paratha on the tawa. Grease the tawa before adding the paratha. After you see a brown on the sides. You can turn the paratha. Cover the done paratha in a dry towel. After all the parathas are done we need to keep it in between our hands and beat it well to make it real flaky.

ഞാനും പരീക്ഷിച്ചു. m ന്നായിരുന്നു. സംശയങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാവാൻ chance ഉള്ളത് കൂടി explain ചെയ്യുന്നതു കൊണ്ട് ഞാൻ ഈ cookery channel ഇഷ്ടപെടുന്നു. ഇതിൽ കൂടി റവ ദോശ, നീർ ദോശ, ഉഴുന്നു വട 1 ഉള്ളി വട, Salna, Kuboos .... എന്നിവയുടെ പരീക്ഷണം വിജയകരമായിരുന്നു. Thank you, veena & family

ഞാൻ മുൻപും യൂട്യൂബിൽ നോക്കി പൊറോട്ട ഉണ്ടാക്കി നീക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. Appozhonnu. ലയർ വന്നില്ല. മുട്ടയുടെ മണം ഒക്കെ ഉണ്ടായി... ഇന്ന് വീണ ചേച്ചി ചെയ്തപോലെ ചെയ്തുനോക്കി. ഒന്നും പറയാനില്ല. വേറെ ലെവൽ ആണ് ചേച്ചി. പൊറോട്ട ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ ഫോട്ടോ ചേച്ചിക്ക് എങ്ങനാ അയച്ചുതര 🙂🤩

Hy veenechi...Nan chechide orupade recipe try akitund..elm success ayitund..but porotta recipe ilathathkond vere chanels noki 2 times indaki e quarentinil but 2 timum flop ayi..but e time Nan chechide recipe try cheythu..and as usual it came out very good..🤩🤩 thankyouu so much Veena chechi ..❤️
