Ingredients : For Manchurian Balls : Chopped Cabbage - 3 cups Chopped Carrot - 1 cup Spring onion's green part - 1/2 cup Chopped Garlic - 2 spoons Chopped Ginger - 1 spoon Green chili - 2-3 Salt - 1 spoon Black Pepper powder - ½ spoon Corn flour - ½ cup All purpose frour - ¼ cup Oil for frying For Manchurian Gravy : Oil - 1 spoon Chopped Garlic - 1/2 spoon Chopped Gringer-1/3 spoon Green chili - 1/2 spoon Onion - ⅓ cup Capsicum - 1/4 cup Salt - ¼ spoon Black pepper powder - 1/4 spoon Soya sauce - 1 spoon Vinegar - 1/3 spoon Red Chili sauce - 1/2 spoon Tomato ketchup - 1 spoon Water - 1 сup For Corn flour slurry : Corn flour 1 spoon + water - 3 spoons Spring onion for Garnishing

Nah. The onions and capsicum are diced in chilli preparations. While in manchurian it's finely chopped

No secret ingredient here. Cornflour is mandatorily used in these recipes. Equal quantity or double quantity of refined flour is added to chopped veggies. Rice flour may be added to give the manchurian balls some crunch. Experiment and see what composition suits your needs.
